Norwich Housing Society seeks to provide good quality, affordable housing for older people. They are a small organisation, consisting of just over three hundred homes, allowing them to get to know their tenants individually and respond to their needs accordingly.
Their flats are mainly one-bedroom and are connected to the Community Alarm System.
They are set on nine small developments within Norwich, Norfolk, surrounded by mature, well-tended gardens which provide a calm and attractive environment in which to live.
They endeavour to ensure that they supply the facilities and support to enable their tenants to live independently while benefiting from a friendly and supportive community.
Their Scheme Managers offer various levels of support designed to meet each tenant's particular requirements and to react quickly to changes in these.
They also have a limited number of flats for younger people and family homes.
Norwich Housing are very proud of the standard of their accommodation, the additional facilities that they provide and the compassionate back-up offered by their Scheme Managers.
